1. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly on our website www.shoplilac.co. Simply add your favorite designs to the cart, proceed to checkout, and fill in your details. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

✔ Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan

✔ Credit/Debit Card Payments

✔ Bank Transfers (in case of any technical issues with card payments)

For international orders, we currently accept online payments only.

3. How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Pakistan takes 5 to 6 business days, depending on your location.

Same-day delivery is available in Lahore for an additional charge.

We are working on the fastest possible delivery options for other cities.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

We currently do not offer direct international shipping, but if you’re interested, please email us at contact@shoplilac.co or message us on Instagram, and our team will guide you.

5. Is delivery free?

Yes! Delivery is free on all orders across Pakistan.

6. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. If you don’t receive one, please contact us at contact@shoplilac.co.

7. What is your return and exchange policy?

We do not offer refunds. However, you can exchange your order for store credit if:

✔ The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

✔ The original proof of purchase is provided.

✔ There are no stains, perfume, or alterations.

We do not offer exchanges on:

✖ Customized or made-to-order items.

✖ Sale or discounted items.

✖ Any product that does not meet our eligibility criteria.

8. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us at contact@shoplilac.co within 24 hours with clear photos/videos, and we will arrange a replacement.

9. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Once processed, orders cannot be canceled.

10. Do you offer size customization?

Currently, we do not offer custom sizing. However, our size guide is available on every product page to help you choose the perfect fit.

11. Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

At this time, we only offer home delivery.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

Returns & Refunds
