Return & Exchange

At Lilac, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. While we do not offer refunds, we gladly provide exchanges in the form of store credit under the conditions outlined below.

1. Exchange & Store Credit

We offer exchanges only in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases. Please note that refunds are not available.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

An item will be eligible for exchange if:

  • ✔ It is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • ✔ It has no stains, perfume, or alterations
  • ✔ The original proof of purchase (not just the invoice) is provided

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • ✖ Customized or made-to-order items
  • ✖ Discounted or sale items
  • ✖ Any product that does not meet the eligibility criteria stated above

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours at contact@shoplilac.co with clear photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

4. Exchange Process

  • Step 1: Email us at contact@shoplilac.co with your order number and exchange request.
  • Step 2: Once approved, courier the item back to us at the given address (shipping cost to be borne by the customer).
  • Step 3: After a quality inspection, we will issue store credit, which can be used for any future purchase.

5. International Orders

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for international orders.
